We made a last minute booking for 2 nights and we had a fantastic stay. The guest house is directly opposite the promenade with great views of the beach. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely homely feel and it was well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles of water. Claire was very welcoming and extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast which was beautifully cooked and presented, was delicious. If we are in the area again we will definitely return.
Claire is a the most wonderful host! The Grafton was cosy, comfortable and quiet, with a delightful sea view and all the essentials in the room. I look forward to returning whenever I'm in the area!

Just stayed in Felixstowe for a few days. Claire was an amazing host, really helpful and welcoming. A very conveniently located hotel acting as a base whole exploring the area between Felixstowe and Lowestoft. Will definitely be on my list of places to stay again
No hesitation in recommending the Grafton Guest House. Ideally placed for exploring Felixstowe, Right on the sea front with ample paid parking across the road (£4.40 per day), and numerous free parking spots though come early on sunny days and weekends. The welcome from Claire was warm, the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. We explored the promenade in both directions with the town centre and Spa pavilion are only a short walk away.

Another great stay at The Grafton. Claire is very welcoming & personable. There's everything you need in your room & the guest house is a perfect location on the sea front, ideal for restaurants, bars, cafes & shops. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Felixstowe. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
Myself and my husband booked a room here at the last minute (3 hours before check in) and the room was spotless, Claire was a great host and very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and water. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. We had a gorgeous view of the sea and we got to see the sun rise on the balcony. We stayed here for 3 nights and we will definitely be back again. Thank you so much Claire for an incredibly stay :)
